How do we make the change?
- Address Arabic customer requirements as the main language of MEA & Levant region.
- Arabic assessment – a sniff testing of the Arabic functionality of the software product.
- Providing a full report with all the findings in the software product including illustrated information on levels of Arabic support (what is working well, what is missing, what are the gaps).
- Prioritized list of missing Arabic functional items.
- Engage with the customer to discuss how to step forward either by:
a) Conclude the deal through providing the customer with “Final Assessment Report” to help the customer’s “inhouse team” to take the lead & decide on how to gain from such q report.
b) Provide our consultancy as a list of recommendations to cover the gap analysis illustrated as of the “Final Assessment Report”.
c) Provide a complete implementation service to cover the gap analysis illustrated as of the “Final Assessment Report”.
